Shipping

  • Stikbox accepts Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discovery and Maestro via PayPal. Once an order has been submitted it will be dispatched within 24-48 hours. Delivery takes approximately 7-15 working days. Stikbox offer free shipping worldwide for any purchase.
  • Shipping address errors may also delay your order processing. We are unable to change the shipping address once your order has been fulfilled. All orders are shipped via our carrier. Any damages, shortages, over deliveries and duplicated orders should be reported to STIKBOX within three days of receipt.
  • Delivery schedules are stated as accurately as possible, but are subject always to third party availability and transportation and therefore STIKBOX cannot and will not ever be liable for delays or errors in delivery dates.
  • As such, any failure to meet delivery schedules shall not give rise to claims for damages, returns or cancellation of orders in progress.
  • After three delivery attempts your package will be returned to Stikbox and additional shipping fees will apply for redelivery.

International Orders

  • International taxes and duty is the responsibility of the customer. Items abandoned in customs at the destination country will not be refunded. Shipping is the responsibility of the shipping company, Stikbox will however make every effort to locate a lost item in transit package.
